Bishop Honoured

Renison University college is honouring a Roman catholic bishop at their 55th founders day celebration today.

Bishop Thomas David Dowd will be named an honorary senior fellow for his work in the cause of ecumenism.

Dowd is the youngest Roman catholic bishop in Canada, and the second in the world.

The event gets under way at 3:00 PM this afternoon.
