Stuff a cruiser campaign a huge success

Waterloo Regional Police were able to collect 8,676 toys and $9552.20 in cash, gift cards and Canadian Tire money for their annual Stuff a cruiser campaign this year.

Seven retail locations and four schools (Glenview Park Secondary School, Coronation Public School, Country Hills Public School and J.W. Gerth Public School) helped in the collection.

The 2013 Stuff a Cruiser campaign results exceeded the 2012 results of 6,147 toys and $3919.18.

Over the past four years, the program has collected 21,679 toys and $18,067.84 for the Knights of Columbus ‘New Toys for Needy Children’ Toy Drive.
