A Waterloo Legion receives financial boost

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 530 in Waterloo received a well needed financial boost Monday morning, following their Remembrance Day ceremony.Hundreds of people were in attendance at the Waterloo Cenotaph, including young and old veterans, and those still serving us and protecting our freedom.

Back at the Legion, the Insurance Bureau of Canada announced a $5000 donation.

Branch President Charlotte Daniel says this money will help them while they look to relocate, finding a more modern and manageable location.
