United Way kicks off 2013 campaign

The United Way of K-W and area kicked off its 2013 campaign at the University of Waterloo this morning.
The goal is to raise $5.1 million.
Campaign Chair, Tim Jackson tells 570 News this community has an incredible history of taking care of itself, adding the need is huge in our community as the United Way supports almost 80 agencies and associations.
Jackson says the target won’t be easy to meet but hopes the community is up for it.
