Hamilton Police have found the cellphone of missing Hamilton man Timothy Bosma in Brantford.
Police found the phone in an industrial area in West Brantford. The say the phone was turned off Monday night when Bosma was last seen. Brantford Police continue to search the area.
His pickup was also spotted in the city.
This is also not the first time these men have test driven a vehicle. Police say the suspects test drove a similar truck in Toronto on May 5th. The owner of that vehicle was not harmed and was able to provide a more detailed description of the men to police.
Detective Sergeant Matt Kavanagh with Hamilton police says the one man has a very distinctive tattoo on his wrist. The tattoo reads “ambition” and is framed in a box. It is in the same position as one would wear a watch.
Police believe this was a random act with no indication that the two men knew the Bosma family.
If anyone has more information on the case, police have set up a tip line. They can be reached at 905-546-2100.
