In The First Half: Pete opens the show on a sad note. He had to put his cat down over the weekend. Then he went down to the humane society and adopted two new cats.
In The Second Half: Pete rattles off some random thoughts including an e-mail from a listener who asked him what he would do if he was PD of the Australian radio station responsible for the prank call to a hospital in England.
