Top places to live in Canada

Ottawa has topped MoneySense Magazines list again this year as the top place to live in Canada, but the rising star is Red Deer Alberta, it went from 96th to 9th place in the annual ranking.
This years list covers 190 communities across the country that has a population over 10,000. The magazine scores each city in more than 20 categories.
Managing editor of MoneySense Magazine, Sarah Efron says when they are rating a city they look at all kinds of data like house hold income as well as job prospects in the community and population growth.
Kitchener fell from 64th to 75th and the main reasons given for that is the fall in average income.
Waterloo saw a dip as well going from 31st to 42nd.
Cambridge was ranked at 117th and Guelph came in at 31st.
