9:00am There are so many babies having babies in the Waterloo Region that Cambridge has opened a prenatal program just for teens! It’s commonplace to see a 16 year old girl pushing a baby around in downtown Kitchener. In this day and age, why aren’t young girls getting the message and using protection?
