Rangers take Czech centre

The Kitchener Rangers have selected centre Radek Faksa in the first round of the 2011 CHL Import Draft.

Faksa was taken 22nd overall.

He played 28 games with HC Trinec U18 of the Czech U18 last season, putting up 19 goals and 30 assists.

Faksa is described as a skilled player with good hockey sense and vision.
