Police seek man with knife

Regional Police are looking for a man after a bizarre incident late last night in Uptown Waterloo.
Police say shortly after 11 o’clock they were called to the King and Erb area after receiving complaints about a man asking people for money and swinging a knife at them.
No one was hurt.
The man is described as white, 30 to 35 years of age, 6′ tall and unshaven.
Police say he was wearing dark clothing, including a hoodie.
