Stolen painting

Police are looking for a suspect who stole a painting from the
Williams Coffee Shop located at 170 University Ave. West in Waterloo.
The theft happened early last Thursday morning.
Upon entering the store the suspect went to the back where he
removed a painting that was hanging on the wall and for sale by the creator of
the work.
The suspect is described as a white man, early 20’s, dark short
hair, scruffy looking, 6′ tall, slim build, wearing a dark jacket with a hood,
a dark grey hooded sweatshirt underneath, black jeans and work boots.
