Lunafest for Women

Lunafest is on next weekend in Cambridge.
It’s ten short films by, for, and about women.
The films are being shown at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture in Cambridge next Sunday March 6th.
The day is being presented by Soroptimist International of Cambridge, which has been in Cambridge for over 30 years, with the aim of making lives better for women.
Keshala Dissanayake is with the Cambridge club and says
the films includes “The Translator” which is about a chance encounter on a subway.
Another short looks at knitting – the ties that bind that make us who we are.
