Odd jogging assault

Regional Police have a strange assault case on their hands.
Early yesterday morning, police responded to a nightclub in the area of King and Erb in Waterloo.
A group of men were waiting at the club to get inside when a man jogging by, punched one of the men in the face, without saying a word, and just kept on jogging away.
Police say the victim, who did not know the jogger, was taken to hospital with damage to his cornea.
Police are looking for a white man, 6′ tall with short dark hair; he was wearing dark clothing at the time.
