Here comes Winter — officially

It may seem hard to believe, considering all the snow we have on the ground, but it’s still not officially winter until 6:38 this evening.
Looking back on the Fall of 2010, 570 News weather specialist John Wilson says other than the last three weeks, the average temperature was above normal.
Overall, he says precipitation was close to normal and November, typically a wet and cloudy month, saw more sunshine hours than usual and dry conditions, at least for the first half of the month.
