Weekend stabbing

A Kitchener man faces several charges after a weekend alternation landed another man in hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the victim was stabbed numerous times early yesterday morning in the area of Shelley Drive and Courtland Avenue.

A 24 year old man is charged with assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance.
