Kitchener man charged with aggravated sexual assault

A Kitchener man and Ottawa man have been charged for allegedly failing to disclose to their sexual partners that they are infected with a serious communicable disease.

Waterloo regional police say the aggravated sexual assault charges relate to an incident in March of this year in Waterloo.

Charged are 24 year old Noel Bowland of Kitchener and 29 year old Steven Boone of Ottawa.

Bowland is described as white, 5’5″ tall, weighing 141 pounds, with a thin build, brown hair, a thin moustache and brown eyes.

Boone was arrested on May 6th.

Regional police are asking anyone in the region who had sexual contact with Boone or Bowland to contact them.

Police say they believe Boone has also been involved with partners in the Toronto area.
