Waterloo man faces child luring charges

A Waterloo man is facing charges following a complaint of inappropriate communication over the Internet.
Police allege that between last December and February of this year, a man was involved in an inappropriate relationship with two 12-year-old Kitchener girls via the Internet.
Police also say no physical contact or meeting occurred.
Both the Major Case and Technological Crimes Unit were involved in the investigation.
43-year-old Thomas Farr has been charged with Invitation to Sexual Touching and Luring a Child.
He was held for a show cause hearing and has been remanded in custody.
