Dzielski lands pro contract

Former Kitchener Ranger Alex Dzielski has landed a pro contract.

The 20-year-old native of Pittsford, New York is returning to his home state after signing a deal with the Elmira Jackals of the E-C-H-L.

Dzielski finished his OHL career with the Oshawa Generals collecting 17 points and 116 penalty minutes.

He was in the line-up for the Jackals 2-1 shootout loss to the Charlotte Checkers Wednesday night.
