McClintic waves right to preliminary hearing

One of the two accused in the slaying of an eight-year-old Woodstock girl has waived her right to a preliminary hearing.

Terri-Lynn McClintic, who is charged with kidnapping and murder in the death of Victoria Stafford, appeared in court today.

The decision means the case will go directly to trial once a date is set in March.

Stafford disappeared April 8th and her remains were found five months later.
