Waterloo Regional Police are searching for two suspects after a violent robbery in Waterloo.
It happened Monday around 11 p.m. at a Daisy Mart convenience store on Glen Forrest Boulevard.
Two males reportedly entered the store, and one was armed with a hatchet.
The pair assaulted an employee and took off with numerous items. They were last seen running toward Bearinger Road and Corrie Crescent.
The injured employee was taken to hospital for treatment.
