Cyclist facing charges as a result of Kitchener collision

Waterloo Regional Police have laid charges against a cyclist following a collision last month in Kitchener.

It happened November 28 at the Ottawa and Homer Watson roundabout.

According to police, a vehicle struck a cyclist that was riding west through the crosswalk.

The cyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A 52-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with riding a bicycle in a crosswalk, having no light on a bicycle and having no horn on a bicycle.
