The curtain is going up for the Stratford Festival and its 2026 season, with tickets now on sale for this year’s round of performances.

Tickets have now opened up to the general public, with a wide list of shows ranging from widely praised classics to lesser-known gems.

The season will also mark a transitional milestone for the theatre company as Artistic Director Antoni Cimolino will prepare to take his final bow after nearly four decades with the Stratford Festival.

He’s set to pass the baton over to Jonathan Church, who will be aiding Cimolino throughout the course of 2026 before fully taking the reins at the year’s end.

The full list of shows includes:

  • The Tempest
  • Guys and Dolls
  • Something Rotten!
  • Waiting for Godot
  • Death of a Salesman
  • The Hobbit
  • The Importance of Being Earnest
  • A Midsummer Night’s Dream
  • Othello
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday
  • The Tao of the World
  • The King James Bible Play

The season will officially begin Tuesday Apr. 21, with The Hobbit and Guys and Dolls set to take the stage for the first few weeks of performances, before a majority of the shows set to begin throughout May.

Tickets can be picked up on the Stratford Festival website.
