Restrictions, closures upcoming on 401 at Hespeler Road

There will be several restrictions and full closures of Highway 401 the next 10 days as part of the highway expansion project.
Anticipated Traffic Impacts:
- Highway 401 nightly intermittent lane reduction at the Hespeler Road underpass.
- (Weather dependent) Westbound 401 nighttime complete closure at Hespeler Road for girder erection on Wednesday from 11 p.m. to the following morning at 5 a.m.. Detour routes will be in place.
- (Weather dependent) Eastbound 401 nighttime complete closure at Hespeler Road for girder erection on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2022 from 11 p.m. to the following morning at 5 a.m. Detour routes will be in place.
- Townline Interchange westbound on ramps are closed for current work and is anticipated to last for multiple months.
