Prohibited driver nabbed at RIDE check

A Kitchener man is facing a long list of charges following a stop at a RIDE spot check near Guelph.

Wellington County OPP were set up on Gore Road near Side Road 20 on January 17.

Officers determined a man operating a car was prohibited from driving and he was placed under arrest.

Mark Kubicz, 31, is facing charges including operating a motor vehicle while prohibited and driving while under suspension.

He has a court appearance in Guelph on February 22.
