London man charged after drunk driving, crashing into tanker near Guelph

A 50-year-old London man is facing a list of charges after crashing into a tanker truck while drunk driving south of Guelph on Thursday.

According to Wellington OPP, the incident took place at around 11:30 p.m. on Brock Road South near Highway 401 in Puslinch Township.

Justin Andrews was driving his pickup truck while drunk when he collided with a tanker truck, resulting in significant damage to Andrews’ vehicle.

As a result of the collision, Wellington OPP charged Andrews with multiple charges related to driving while impaired, dangerous driving , and driving with no license.

Wellington OPP noted that there were no injuries reported as a result of the collision.

Andrews is set to appear in a Guelph court on Oct. 14.
