The Waterloo Region Integrated Drugs Strategy reported three drug overdose-related deaths between May 14 and 16. The agency said concerns have been raised about potential unpredictability in the cocaine supply.
This alert is an extension of an alert first issued on May 5 after five suspected drug-related deaths in three days.
