Suspect photos released for Conestoga Mall jewellery theft

Waterloo police have released photos of the suspect and getaway vehicle for a jewellery robbery earlier in June.

At around 2:50 p.m. on June 2, the suspect approached the counter of a jewellery store within Conestoga Mall. The suspect asked a staff member to view a piece of jewellery. When it was produced, the suspect stole the item and fled the mall, getting into a waiting getaway vehicle and fleeing the scene. The vehicle was last seen heading southbound down Davenport Road.

In an attempt to find the suspect, authorities have released the following photos of the suspect and getaway vehicle:
