Cambridge woman arrested after stabbing 80-year-old

A Cambridge woman was charged after stabbing an 80-year-old Cambridge man on Friday night.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. during an altercation at a home in Cambridge in the area of Acorn Way and Small Court.
The 47-year-old woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, and assault with a weapon.
The man was taken to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Regional Police are reporting that the man and woman knew each other before the incident.
