Fog advisory lifted (update)

***The advisory was lifted just before 9 a.m. on Monday***

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.

Dense fog has developed over some locations and will dissipate later this morning.

Near zero visibility is expected or occurring.

Environment Canada says travel could also be hazardous in some locations due to reduced visibility.
