Humane Society looking for help caring for 14 reptiles

By CityNews Kitchener Staff

The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth is looking community help in caring for 14 reptiles recently turned in at the Kitchener location.

Monetary donations are welcome to help with feeding and care costs. They're also in need of under tank heating pads for the snakes.

The 14 reptiles now in the care of the organization include a ball python, two carpet pythons and 11 leopard geckos.

All of the animals are in good health, with the exception of one of the geckos who is receiving veterinary care.

It's expected some of the reptiles will be available for adoption in the next few days.

More information can be found on Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth's website.
