Ride for Dad to celebrate 15 years

The Grand River Ride for Dad is just a few weeks away.
The ride, to raise funds for prostate cancer research and to raise awareness for the disease, will happen on Saturday, June 1.
It starts at 9 a.m. at 50 Sportsworld Crossing Road in Kitchener (King and Sportsworld Drive).
The ride includes a poker run, lunch and door prizes.
Since 2004, the local ride has raised over $2 million.
A launch party was held at The Lancaster Smokehouse in Kitchener on Tuesday afternoon.
