40-year-old charged with assault after weapons incident in Kitchener

A Kitchener man faces 6 counts of assault with a weapon after an incident in that city on Saturday night.

Regional Police say it happened sometime around midnight on Marl Meadow Drive near Homer Watson and Manitou.

Police remain tight-lipped on the specifics but say the incident is still under investigation, and no one was seriously injured.

A 40-year-old man is currently being held for a bail hearing.
