The countdown is on for tens of thousands of local students.
This is their final day of classes, before embarking on summer break.
The public board has 60,000 students, the Catholic board 40,000.
For public high school students, the holidays have already begun: today is a P-A Day for public secondary school students, while this is the final day of exams for Catholic high school students.
