Drewlo Holdings purchase The Waterloo Inn

The Waterloo Inn has been sold.
Drewlo Holdings has purchased the space and tells 570 News they plan to build a high rise residential development with some type of commercial aspect.
“Drewlo Holdings’ primary focus will be on the future plans for the property which will include a high-rise residential development with some type of commercial component integrated.”
Company Controller Jerry Drennan says it’s too early to tell what this will mean when it comes to jobs.
“We have just purchased the property so it will take us some time to obviously talk with the city and find out what they have in mind as well.”
Drewlo Holdings owns and manages a number of apartment units in Kitchener, London and Burlington.
After over 40 years in our community, The Waterloo Inn closed it’s doors for good on December 15th.
