Photos released in Kitchener sexual assault investigation

The Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) released surveillance photos of a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation several weeks ago.

On June 30, police were informed of a sexual assault in downtown Kitchener, around 11:00 p.m.

Investigators were specifically focused on the King Street West and College Street area of the downtown.

The suspect is described as a man with an average build, short hair and a beard.

He was said to have been wearing a black tank top, orange shorts, and tan-coloured boots that night.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
