Drugs, replica gun, and a bow all seized in Cambridge raid

Two Cambridge men are facing charges, and a quantity of drugs and some weapons are off the streets, after police moved in on suspects in a months-long investigation.

A statement from the Waterloo Regional Police Service said this case began in April, looking into a man suspected of trafficking drugs throughout Waterloo Region.

Officers and the Emergency Response Team raided a residence on Hespeler Road and Munch Avenue on Thursday.

Police said they seized suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, morphine pills, and some cash.

They also seized weapons, including bear spray, a bow, and one replica firearm.

Two Cambridge men, 46- and 59-year-olds, were arrested at the scene.

They now face multiple drug and weapons charges.
