Masked suspects send Cambridge robbery victims to hospital

A violent robbery in Cambridge has sent two people to hospital and regional police are now on the hunt for a pair of suspects.

It was on Wednesday morning, around 3, when police responded to a robbery call in the King Street East and Montrose Street North area of Cambridge.

An investigation has since determined that two victims were assaulted by two unknown men wearing masks and then robbed of their personal belongings. Those suspects fled the area in a black car.

Police say both of the victims in that robbery were transported to hospital with serious injuries.
