Search warrants lead to arrests for three men from Kitchener

Police say they completed search warrants at two residences and two businesses in Kitchener on Aug. 20, as a result three men have been arrested.
The search follows an ongoing investigation by the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Drugs and Firearms Unit into controlled drugs and substances.
After the searches, officials say they have arrested a 30-year-old man, 34-year-old man, and a 39-year-old man, all from Kitchener. Police added that the men are now being charged with various firearm and drug offences.
Throughout their search, police were able to find and take:
- Firearm
- Suspected cocaine
- Two prohibited weapons
- Jewelry
- Canadian currency
