Police investigate Cambridge home invasion

The residents of a Cambridge home were awoken by a frightening scene early Tuesday morning.

Waterloo Regional Police (WRPS) are investigating a home invasion in the Anglerock Drive and Nutcracker Street area of Cambridge.

Police say four masked men entered the home around 2 a.m., stole some items, and then fled in a vehicle.

The residents were not injured.

The WRPS Break and Enter, Auto Theft and Robbery (BEAR) Unit is investigating.

Police are asking homeowners in the Anglerock Dr., Nutcracker St., and Chamberlin Dr. areas to check home security footage between 1:30 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. on May 19, for suspicious people or vehicles.
