Arrests made in Guelph human trafficking investigation

Guelph police have arrested and charged two men from Toronto as part of an ongoing human trafficking investigation.
According to police, the suspects were to have engaged in the trafficking and sexual exploitation of two youths from Guelph.
Police believe the victims were trafficked in multiple cities in southwestern Ontario, between September 2025 and February 2026.
Investigators allege the suspects contacted the victims through the social media platform Snapchat.
On April 16, Guelph police arrested 26-year-old Jameel Dosu, (also known as “Jay” and “DJFamousJay”). He was charged with:
- Trafficking a person under 18
- Procuring
- Advertising sexual services
- Material benefit from trafficking
- Material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18
- Publication of intimate image without consent
- Child sexual abuse material-related offences
- Sexual interference
- Sexual assault on a victim under 16
- Assault
- Uttering threats
- Failing to comply with probation
On April 26, 29-year-old, Brain Allard (also known as “King”) was arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking a person under 18
- Material benefit from trafficking
- Material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18
- Procuring
- Sexual interference
- Sexual assault on a victim under 16
- Disobeying a court order
