Mistletoe Trail gets struck by Cupid’s arrow this Valentine’s Day

Explore Waterloo Region is ramping up the romance, setting the scene for Cupid.

Mistletoe Trail will be extended this year into Valentine’s Day, twinkling as it turns into Cupid’s Path. The trail is full of magical moments for photos, including seven artist-created mistletoe installations.

All of the installations are spread throughout Waterloo Region, giving people a chance to explore more of what is around. Near every installation are restaurants, shops and public spaces. Explore Waterloo Region’s website has a list of promotions available from participating businesses for Cupid’s Path.

Mistletoe Installation locations:

  3. Castle Kilbridge
  4. inSeason Home+Garden
  5. TriSisters Art House
  6. Centennial Park
  7. McCabe’s Irish Pub and Grill

A new social media contest this year gives everyone the chance to win a romantic getaway at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa in Cambridge this February.

The package includes an overnight stay for two on Feb. 7 at Langdon Hall, including dinner and breakfast. The contest closes Jan. 26 at midnight.

Cupid’s Path will be run through Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, lighting up photos and encouraging everyone to explore the region.
