Crash on Hanlon Parkway in Guelph sends one driver to hospital

Wellington County OPP say a driver was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash on the Hanlon Parkway in Guelph.

An SUV and drump truck towing a trailer collided near Willow Road around 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

One of the involved drivers, a 43-year-old from Guelph, was sent to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

No one else was hurt in the crash.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation and OPP are appealing for witnesses, including those with dash-cam video.
