Three people shot in the head with pellets in Guelph: Police

Police in Guelph are looking for a 15-year-old suspect after three people were reportedly hit in the head with pellets while driving through the Riverside Park area Wednesday.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Police say two motorists were driving with their windows down on Woodlawn Road East near Riverside Park.

The two female drivers told police, they heard several shots, with one woman hit on the side of the head and the other on the cheek.

The passenger in one of the vehicles, said to be male, was hit in the ear.

Those victims all declined medical treatment.

One person inside one of the vehicles, told police they saw a person hiding behind a light post and tried to chase the suspect, who ran away through Riverside Park.

The suspect is said to be a white 15-year-old boy, wearing black clothing.
