Weather-wise, 570 NewsRadio Meteorologist Jill Taylor expects trick-or-treat-time to remain warm near 19 degrees, though you may want to bring some rain gear along with your costume.

The forecast calls for rain showers heading into the evening through to about 9 p.m., and while most areas can expect less than 3 mm of rain, there may be isolated patches of heavier rain.
