Power restored to customers in Wilmot Township

Power has been restored to nearly 3,000 customers in Wilmot Township, as Enova Power Corp. says a sizable outage has been resolved.
Several power outages were reported in the township just after 10 a.m., largely around the New Hamburg area.
The cause of the disruption has not been disclosed, though thunderstorms rolled through the area shortly before the outage was announced.
Just before 11 a.m., Enova Power Corp. shared a post on X that the outage has since been cleared.
