Police investigating hate-motivated incident in Woolwich Township

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a hate-motivated incident in Woolwich Township.
On Saturday, just after noon, a group of teenagers stole a pride flag from a home in the Arthur St. South and South St. area.
The teens also damaged property at the home before leaving the flag a short distance away.
Police are searching for the teens, believed to be a group of up to 7 male and female aged 16 and 17 years old.
Police are treating the incident as hate-motivated, and are asking anyone with more information to contact them at 1-800-222-8477.
