Gore Road reopens following serious crash Thursday morning

An early morning closure on Gore Road in North Dumfries Township has been lifted.

Regional police notified the public just after midnight on Thursday of that collision just east of Cambridge, bringing closures along Gore Road at Shellard Side Road, Townline Road and Village Road.

Providing an update just after 5 a.m. on Thursday, police said that roadway had been reopened to traffic.

Details of that collision, including any injuries or charges, are currently unclear.
