Police arrest third youth after vape store robbery in Kitchener

A vape store robbery in Kitchener has ended with three young people arrested and charged.

On Thursday, pollice arrested a third oustanding suspect in their investigation.

The arrest stems from a knifepoint robbery at a vape store in the Victoria Street and Strange Street area of Kitchener on Jan. 30.

No one was hurt and $3,000 worth of vape product was stolen.

The latest arrest is a male youth from Kitchener, who is facing several charges including robbery with a weapon.

Some of the charges stem from a pair of attempted vehicle thefts that were reported on the night of Feb. 14.

Two other male youths were previously arrested and charged in the robbery investigation.
