Treats in the Streets returns to Uptown Waterloo

Uptown Waterloo’s Treats in the Streets is back for its fifth edition on Saturday.
It takes place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at various businesses around Uptown Waterloo.
Attendees can trick or treat at over 30 businesses and other activities include face painting, colouring, and a balloon twister.
The first 50 visitors to the Uptown Waterloo BIA tent will also receive a free tote bag for trick or treating.
Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes and there will be live music as well as characters in costume.
