Kitchener youth charged in Pride Flag vandalism case

A Kitchener youth is facing charges, in connection with a Pride Flag being vandalized in Kitchener.

Friday afternoon around 4, police were called to the Glasgow Street and York Street area to reports of damage done to a Pride Flag at a home.

They say this was a hate-motivated incident.

A youth is facing two charges, including Mischief and Theft under $5-thousand.
